ABSTRAK
The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Work Dicipline, Career
Development on Employee Performance bi using Motivation Motivation. This research
was conducted at PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills, using a total sample of 150
employements. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by AMOS program version 22 used
to prove the affecting of among variables, with conclucions as follows : first, Work Dicipline
has positive effect but not significance on motivation, second; Career Development has
positive and significant effect on Motivation, third; Motivation has positive and significance
effect on Performance, Fourth; Work Dicipline has positive effect but not significance on
Performance, Fifth; Career Development has positive and significant effect on
Performance.
